# 建立實驗
完成基本設定後，即可開始建立實驗計畫（Study），可點擊左側選單的 **Studies**，進入 Studies 列表頁面。

### 1. 新增 Study

**建立新 Study，點擊右上角的** ** ****+ Create New Study****。**

**填寫 Study 基本資訊**
在彈出視窗中，填寫以下資訊：
* Study Plan Title：輸入實驗計畫名稱
* Responsible Officer (PIL)：選擇負責人

**確認資訊無誤後，點擊 ****Create Study**** 按鈕**

**完成 Study 建立**

### 2. 進入編輯與建立群組
* 開始編輯：系統將跳轉至新研究的概覽頁面，此時狀態為 Creating，請點擊畫面中央的 **Start Editing** 按鈕。
* 新增群組：進入編輯介面後，點擊 **+ Added Group** 按鈕開始定義實驗群組。

### 3. Step 1：建立 Group 資訊
在右側面板中填寫群組的基本資訊：
* **Group name**：群組名稱
* **Group Description**：群組描述（選填）
* **Number of mice**：老鼠數量
* **Background**：品系（例如：BALB/c）
* **Source**：來源（例如：NPC）
* **Gender**：性別（Male / Female）
* **Genotype**：基因型（例如：HOM）
* **Drug**：選擇 **Treated**（投藥）或 **Untreated**（未投藥）
若選擇 **Treated**，需進一步填寫：

**Treatment start**：開始投藥週齡（週）

點擊 **Add Drug** ，新增藥物群組

填寫 Administration、Drug Name、Dose、Unit 後，填寫完成後點擊 **Next Step**。

### 4. Step 2：指定 Methods
為群組中每隻老鼠指定觀察方法（Methods）。點擊下拉選單可選擇既有的 Methods，或點擊 **+ New Methods Setting** 新增。
#### 在 Methods Setting 視窗中設定以下內容：

**Methods name**：方法名稱

**Weight：開始量體重的週齡**

**Tissue：是否採集組織，以及採集週齡**

若 Tissue 有指定時間，則無法選擇 Survival

**Survival：是否記錄存活狀況**

若選擇 **Survival** ，則無法指定 Tissue 時間

**Experiments：**
是否進行行為學實驗，設定開始週齡、頻率（Every day / Weekly / Twice a week / Every other week / Monthly），以及勾選實驗項目（例如：Rearing、Tremor）

完成設定後點擊 Done，完成 Methods Setting，系統會剛剛建立完成的方法指定小鼠身上

指派方法，在列表中為每一隻動物分配方法

完成後點擊右下角 **Done** ，進入步驟三

### 5. Step 3：指定 Tissue Collector
為需要採集組織的老鼠指定負責人（Tissue Collector）。點擊下拉選單選擇實驗室成員後，點擊 **Done**

### 6. 填寫老鼠基本資訊
群組設定完成後，在主要表格中填寫每隻老鼠的資訊：
1. **Mouse ID**：需手動填寫 (同樣的來源+基因不能出現重複 ID，不同來源+基因則可允許ID重複)
2. **Date of Birth**：出生日期
3. **Cage number**：籠號
4. **Ear notch**：耳孔標記（例如：L、LL、LLR）
輸入完成後，點擊 **Done**，完成資料編輯。
完成儲存後，頁面仍處於 Creating 狀態，點擊 Edit study 可繼續新增更多群組或修改設定。
相關日期系統會根據輸入的出生日期與方法設定，自動計算以下日期：
* Treatment onset （若有指定餵藥時間）
* Weight Start Date
* Experiments start date
* Date of Death（若tissue 有指定時間時），也可自己手動修改

### 7. 提交並開始記錄（Submit）
確認所有群組與老鼠資料設定完畢後，點擊右上角 **Submit**。系統會提示：
> **Next Step: Start data collection and recording** There are mice that need experiments/weight recording, drug administration. Please start logging data in the study.
點擊 **Start Recording** 後，系統再次確認：
> **Confirm Before Recording Phase** Experiment settings will be locked. Please verify all configurations are correct.
確認無誤後再次點擊 **Start Recording**，Study 狀態將變更為 **In progress**，開始進入資料收集與記錄階段。

### 8. 進入記錄階段
Study 提交後，研究進入進行中狀態後，上方分頁會出現 Weight、Gait、Grip-Strength 等實驗項目，即可開始點擊進入並記錄數據。
