# 實驗數據登記
### 1. 查看 Task List
點擊左側選單的 **Task List**，進入任務列表頁面，預設為 ALL 的任務類型（體重、行為學實驗、組織採集、上傳），系統預設顯示 task data 為 All， Status 為 Active，Active 表示當天需要執行的所有項目
任務項目會依照您在 Mothds 的設定顯示，一般來說包含以下幾種：
* 體重
* 行為學實驗
* 組織採集
* 資料上傳（Rotarod 每週五）
點擊要登入的日期，即可展開該日的所有任務項目，包含：Weight、Gait、Grip\_Strength、Open field、Rearing、Tremor、SHIRPA 等。
點擊任一任務項目，即可進入該項目的資料登入頁面。

### 2. 登入資料類型
在 LabArk 我們設計 3 種資料記錄的方式，分為以下幾種：
1. 填寫數值
1. Weight
2. bar-crossing
3. Rearing
4. SHIRPA
2. Check list
1. Rotarod (需要執行的時候勾選)
2. Gait
3. Open Field
4. 自行新增的實驗
3. 資料上傳
1. Tremor
2. Rotarod（每週五上傳一次）

### 3. 數值類型 - Weight
進入 **Task List / Weight** 頁面後，點擊的 **Edit Weight** 開啟輸入欄位。
填寫以下資訊後點擊 **Save**：
* **Weight (g)**：體重數值
* **Actual Date**：實際量測日期
* **Notes**：備註（選填）
* **N/A**：若當日無法量測，勾選此項
儲存後，體重欄位將顯示數值，頁面右上角 **Data Gaps** 計數歸零表示資料完整。
若當日所有老鼠均無法量測，可直接勾選頁面右上角的 **All N/A**，一次將所有老鼠標記為 N/A。

### 4. 數值填寫 - bar-crossing

### 5. 數值類型 - Rearing
進入 **Task List / Rearing** 頁面後，點擊右上角 **Edit** 進入編輯模式。
在每隻老鼠的欄位中輸入相對應的數值，確認無誤後點擊右上角 **Done** 完成記錄。
輸入完成後，資料會顯示在列表中。
若當日無法/無需執行，可勾選 **All N/A**。

### 6. 數值類型 - SHIRPA
進入 **Task List / SHIRPA** 頁面後，點擊右上角 **Edit** 進入編輯模式。
在每隻老鼠的欄位中分別輸入各項評分：
填寫完成後，**Score** 欄位會自動計算所有項目的加總，確認無誤後點擊右上角 **Done** 完成記錄。
輸入完成後，資料會顯示在列表中。
若當日無法執行，可勾選 **All N/A**，所有欄位將自動標記為 N/A。

### 7. 資料上傳 - Tremor
進入 **Task List / Tremor** 頁面
點擊 **Upload** 按鈕，從電腦中選取對應的 `.csv` 或 `.xlsx` 檔案（最大 500kb）
上傳成功後，檔案名稱會顯示在欄位中，並提供 **Replace**（替換）及 **Remove**（移除）選項
若當次不需進行實驗，可勾選 **All N/A**

### 10. Check list（Gait / Open field / Rotarod / 自行新增的實驗）
以下以 Gait 為例：
進入各項頁面後，針對每隻老鼠勾選 **Done，**代表實驗已執行，系統自動填入實際日期
勾選 **N/A**：代表當次實驗不適用或不需執行
若當日所有老鼠均完成，可直接勾選頁面右上角的 **All Done** 一次完成；若均未執行，則勾選 **All N/A**。
